How to id valvesprings?
I have two sets of valvesprings and need to figure out exactly what they are. Neither has any markings but one set has a pink stripe.
It was supposed to be 918's that came off the car and the other set were supposed to be an LS6 from a GT2-3 kit. Both sets look the same to me besides the pink stripe which are supposedly from the gt2-3 kit but ive also heard they used to give 918's w/ that kit.. I also have no idea how old they are since they came w/ the car?
Sorry for the broad question but I need help. I have no idea how to id them right now.

Best thing is to take them to a speed shop and have them check the spring
pressure, coil height (open & closed) and I.D./O.D.
That is also a good method of checking whether the spring is still good for use.
