Default Reuse Head Gaskets?

I torqued down the gaskets but never cranked the car. These are felpro, can I reuse them?

Are they MLS or graphite? if they are graphite no, if they are MLS you may be able to spray them with permatex copper sealant and put them back on.

I wouldn't,mine ended up leaking. You should go buy new ones. I ended up having to do it twice which was a PITA.

ok thanks, what about the bolts? I bought new ones and then took them right off because my crank was too long and i stripped my motor again

Yeah, I wouldn't skimp on gaskets. Especially after spending big bucks on engine parts.

So the bolts will be ok? They were torqued but the car never ran. Im hearing mixed opinions about keeping them or buying new ones.

If they are GM bolts, you HAVE to get new ones.

I torqued mine down on my LT1 and took them back off, put it back on and it's been no problem for 3 years.
