ls6 yellow springs good for 224/224 .563/.563 112?

Default ls6 yellow springs good for 224/224 .563/.563 112?
i'm rounding everything up that i need to get my cam put in and i'm trying to decide what springs to go with. i was told that with the cam i have, i should be ok with the yellow ls6 springs. is this true or should i just go with 918's?

i think you might be better off with the orange springs.. 03+ Z06.. good to .580
