What would be a good cam for my app?

What would be a good cam for my app? I am looking for something with a choppy idle but nothing too crazy was thinking a 112 lsa. Car will be most all street driven but not daily driven just on the weekend and warm nice days. Ide like to get around 450whp or so with heads n cam if I can. Later on I might want to run some nitrous also and get me close to 600whp. As far as heads I was thinking of some ported ls6 heads just not sure which stage yet or maybe somethin more expensive if need be.
