Default Spark plugs????

Ihave a 98 z28 that is long overdue for plugs/wires. I was wondering the exact name of the NGK 555 plugs I hear alot of people talking about. Are they the v-groove plugs?? Do they last long?? If not what plugs would be best for me as far as good performance and long lasting? My car is completely stock if that matters. Thanks fellas----mike

TR55 is the plkug you are looking for. They are the v series of plugs and they do last a while, should last over 10K miles no sweat.

NGK TR55 plugs gapped at .50

They are pretty good plugs IMHO. I had them on my V6 2000 Firebird. Put around 20k miles on them then the car was sold. Never had any misfires; idle stayed fine the whole time. I'm currently using them now and have no complaints.
