Question Help! What springs and rockers do I use?

Had to take the heads off because of a bent exhaust valve.
Anyway what springs do I need to put back in and what rockers if needed. The motor is a ls6 with CNC ported heads that flow 325 and the cam is 228/232 duration .588/.595 valve lift and 114 lobe. The bottom end is stock. Do you gain anything with upgraded springs and rockers? What about the cam? should I change it out for something else? any gain to be had? Just wanted to see if there is anything I need to do to be safe and anything I can do to get more HP?

more intake lift, tighten up lsa, use crane#144832, or comp #26921 springs and use stock rockers for now.

What Cam would I use? I'm new so does that mean 232/236 and more lift? and does tighten lsa mean lower like 112?
Will I see more HP or TQ?

You need to look at the cam guide and think about what you're trying to accomplish. More lift and duration may give you more peak HP but not necessarily more usable power. Develop a plan, put together the right combo, do some searching, read the cam guide.
