Default LOW lsa with retard ground in vs. Slightly higher LSA with advace (110+1 vs 109-1)???

Ok, so after reading the thread by Preditor Z about the reverse split cams I have a question thats been irritating me.

On a reverse split cam with a low (numericly) LSA like a 109-1 like the one in the thread, what would the main difference be in this cam vs. a cam like a 110+1? Are they the same?

If I'm thinking right, and I'm still semi-new to the cam world, so pardon if I'm thinking way wrong:
LSA determines where your powerband will be throughout the RPM range, for instance the 110 over a 112 LSA would give more power in the lower range correct?
Then also wouldnt the 109 LSA be yet lower but the -1* ground in would raise that powerband slightly to compensate for the low LSA?

My question is a 110+1 (110LSA with 1 degree advance ground in to lower the powerband slightly) and a 109-1 (109LSA with a degree retard) would these be the same but they are just working backward?

Educate me
