Default MS4 PTV issues

So how tight would I be on ptv with a MS4 and tsp's ls6 heads milled .030? the heads have the comp valve job which gets you back about .013 ptv clearence. I would use a stock thickness gasket.

EDIT- id flycut .100 whie you have the heads off and then run the thinnest gasket you can before you hit the .080 intake/.100 exhaust PTVC mark. That way you can maximixe your quench area which will aid in preventing detonation and will cause a stronger combustion too.
