Default do i need injectors?

stroked ls1 (383), tsp 5.3 stage 2.5 heads, ms4 cam, fast 90mm intake, fast tb, (no nitrous) what u guys think?

yeah the stockers wont keep up. Just get some 42lb'ers and be done with it.

thanks man, i asked my technician at texas speed, he said i wouldnt need injectors unless i was running nitrous, he said that 2000-2002 cars had 26 lb. injectors anyway. i just wanted other ppl's opinions. i honestly think i need injectors, at least 36 lb. but i really dont know either

I cant imagine TSP saying that since you will be making well over 450HP with that setup. Some little 26lb'ers cant keep up.

If it was ok on motor you would still be pushing the envelope. Its a good thing to consider when making anything more than 425 rwhp or so. Up till then they are usually ok.

when i get the car tuned, do u think that the guys will be able to tell me i need to get injetors? im pretty new to all this dyno tuned stuff. this is my first ls1 build up car

i figured they could, RPM is tuning my car, u ever heard of those guys? they are the best from what ive heard around here

Another vote on some bigger injectors. Its pretty evident that your injectors are at maximum duty so swapping over to some 36 or 42lb. injectors will bring duty down considerably.
