Hello Everyone, I have a small problem with what to get. I am thinking about buying a C5 around a 2000 model. I planned on changing the engine to a FAST 90, 90mm TPIS TB, AFR 225 Heads, Cam, LG Headers (no- cats), 42# injectors, Vararam intake, 160 thermostat, tune, and underdrive pullies. Also, clutch to a Spec 3+ clutch, and hardened outputs. Will the stock ls1 bottom take this? How much to the ground could I achieve. I'm thinking this car will definately get into the 11's. I've been told several opinions, but I just can't seem to see where this would cause the bottome to fail. I've seen a lot of SS's and Birds take this. What do you guys think? Think the output shafts are needed and that big of injector? The came I choose will be as wild as I can get and be streetable and not run hot or cause problems.
