Just finished my 1st cam and head swap.
I just had my car tuned (99 M6) and dynoed after adding a TSP 233/239 LSA 113 cam, PRC 5.3 stage 2 heads, LS6 intake, pacesetter long tubes, and a TSP catted Y pipe. This was my first cam and head swap and the information in this forum was very helpful in completing it. It pulled a 384/352 which I was happy with but I was wondering if I miss matched this H/C combo, I was hoping to break 400 at the rear wheels. Any input on changes to improve this combo would be appreciated.

384/352?
Those numbers definitely sound low. You should be in the 430-440rwhp range with that combo. What was your a/f ratio on the dyno and were you sure all cylinders were firing properly? There is a chance you may have installed the timing chain off about 180degrees. I've seen this done on a 454 that was about 60rwhp short but otherwise ran smoothly.
Also, have you done a compression test recently? You may have something seriously wrong if all the little things are ok.

I dont think the car would run at all if it was 180 out

I doubt that the timing chain is 180 off, I was very careful during the removal of the old set and the installation of the double chain rollmaster setup. I also added a ported ls6 oil pump, bosch spark plugs and wire set. Wouldn't a misfire or a plug not firing throw a code? The A/F at first was 14-15 but after the tune it was 12 to upper 12 during the pulls. It was on a dyno jet and I will try to post the pic of the graph.

The car ran 13.01 at 110.23 in the 1/4 with a .104 RT. This was tonight at my 1st attempt to drag race; I think I could have gotten into the 12s with some practice. I don’t know if this time is in line with the numbers from the dyno or clears anything up as to the power the car is making.

Numbers are way low.
I pulled 430/384 in a A4 with a 232/234 113 LSA and the same heads
your ET is low as well you should trap in the 120+ range, at least 117+.
check your fuel, injectors, knock retard etc.....

...and I'd get rid of those Bosch spark plugs and install a fresh set of NGK TR6 plugs. Also, that cam has a fair amount of overlap. The combination of the catted y-pipe and no cut-out is probably holding back more than 20hp.

Hey guys thanks for the input I guess I have a few things to check. I would like to add that during the tear down of the old heads I pulled 4 bent pushrods out. And on one of the pistons you could see a half moon ring where a valve touched the piston. This probably wasn’t helping the car before the swap, and it tells me that this car was beat on by a previous owner. Wouldn't I have other problems if the plugs weren't firing correctly? Would it throw any codes or backfire? The tuner said that he was running a lot of timing when he was making the pulls on the dyno and it wasn’t knocking, which would seem to indicate that the compression wasn’t that great right?

but thats not the root cause of the low numbers. i agree on compression test too.

The half moon mark was visible but not very deep. It ran fine before the swap no oil loss or blue smoke. It still isn't eating any oil and it runs fine. I just picked up a compression testing tool and I will start checking the cylinders.

where are you located at......are your dyno numbers corrected.......if he is at a high elevation and number are uncorrected that could be what it is......as for the 13.0.......driving could play a roll....he did say it was his first time

But 13.0 at 110? thats just not fair. He just blew all this money on his car and stock cars can give him a good run? My car on the bottle would annihilate that, and Im only spraying 100.
