They'll bolt right on your motor. Just take a few accessories off, the intake, headers, etc. and they bolt right on.

You might want to have your tune touched up after the install, but if everything was done properly for your cam swap, the head install shouldn't comprise too much new work.

Also, there are a few articles out there you could read on swapping heads/cams in LS1 cars.

That depends on MANY factors that we could help you with, but fwiw, most do not have to "flycut" pistons.

go with the 2.02" intake valve and you will have no issues. i have the ms3 cam with those heads and have no issues.

You need to make sure the valve springs will be a match for your cam. And you also might need to check p to v clearance depending on your cam. Without knowing what cam is in it, it's hard to know exactly what you need to do.

I think you could pull a valve cover, and check lift with a dial indicator on top of a rocker directly over an intake and exhaust valve to see exactly what your dealing with. If lift is under .600, p to v clearance isn't an issue and you can run comp 918 springs or better and be fine.

I just bolted a set of these to my car this past week. 2.5 5.3Ls from TSP with 2.04/1.575 valves, dual springs and comp valve job.

So far so good. P to V with my 233/239 was fine. Tune still needs tweaking and I still have to put it on the roller, but it's done real well so far.

Concerning install, they'll bolt right up without modification to anything else.

Good luck!

Your valve springs need to be able to handle the lift of the cam, so you need to know what the lift is. Or you can play it safe and just buy double springs good to .650" lift, but you would be spending alot more money than you needed to if it was actually under .600".

Actualy it is not as much about lift but about seat pressures. What one should do is match the spring seat pressures to that of the cam's, then you're good to go.

So right now you're running the cam with stock heads? If that's the case it is probably mild without much increased valve lift so likely springs won't be much of an issue, and these heads should be fine.
