Default Ls6 Cam Question

I AM PLANNIG ON USING AN LS6 CAM AND THE LS6 HEADS I HAVE 6spd wNTED TO KNOW WILL I GET A NICE AMOUNT OF HORSE POWER GAIN FROM THE STOCK 02 CAM

I would guess you could see 30~40rwhp from the upgrade to an LS6 H/C setup....assuming you get a good tune to go along with it.

youll be bored after 2 weeks. go bigger with the TR224@114 cam. Same stock like behavior at idle, but it will make hell of alot more power

I have the LS6 package...Love it....perfect drivability....good gas milage....12.5's on stock tires and the rest of car is completly stock including exhaust manifolds and pipes.

+1 Go bigger. You will be pissed to do all that work for very little feel in the sotp.

stock '02 cam sucks it is the truck cam, you should notice alot of difference

well i dont want my car to lope ,i want a good idle but i want to make some nice *** power do u have any suggestions plz?

go with a Mti stealth cam or cheater cam from thunder. There bigger and they will make alot more hp with the ls6 heads you should make close to 400 rwhp.

Try one of the new TFS cams, they should have one to suit your needs.
