Default can i use stock pistons with 59cc heads?

i was reading some thread here on the forum, and someone was saying that with 59cc heads you can not use stock pistons,

is that rigth?

Well it is a double edge question "You can use stock pistons But"
1- if 59cc was achieved by milling a head your choice of cam is limited (if head is GM casting)
2- The GM casting that offers the most clearance at 59cc is a 6.0L casting with welded chamber (Like Patriot LS6 "style")
3- There are aftermarket castings like ETP and AFR that offer enough clearance for some BIIIG cams.

those are the patriot ls6 style heads, 59cc

can i use them?
