Default Anti-Seize on head bolts?

Doing head swap, using new GM head bolts, Should I apply anti-seize?

I wouldn't think you would need it. Never heard of anyone using it and the how-to on LS1howto.com doesn't mention anything about it.

They allready have some on them. Just make sure, extra sure that you clean your bolt holes in the block very well, no liquid and you need to grind one of the old bolts on both sides of the threads to clean remaining sealant in the holes.

No - they have thread-lock, not anti-sieze. The anti-sieze used on O2 sensors and spark plugs should not be applied to head bolts.

Correct that is what I meant, I read it fast, my apology.

The GM bolts are stretch bolts so you want them to grab, anti-seize will defeat that purpose.
