Default Looking to build a 400rwhp ls1.

I have a freind that is looking to build a 400 rwhp 02 vette.

Here are the conditions:

1) emissions freindly.
2) reliable.
3) N/A
4) heads and cam.
5) stealth (no cam lope)

Do you guys have any experience with a combo like this? Or any reccomendations?

Thanks,

Roman

Custom cam 210/224, .555/.567 115+1 LSA (XE lobes)
Halltech air filter unit
Ported TB
25% underdrive pulley
X pipe and Magnaflow catback
Tuning

I'm at 368rwhp (A4), all I need is a nice set of 61cc small runner heads with good midflow to push it at or close to 400rwhp.

That cam meets all the requirements, using 918's, -13* overlap so very emmision friendly, no lope (I had to get an aftermarket catback to make me feel I wasn't on stock cam, that got me a whole 8rwhp)

talk to patric G on the boards. I knwo that he had a cam made that was similar to a cheater cam but had like 641 lift and put down just over 400 rwhp cam only.

205cc AFR's
224/224 581 on a 112
Patriot gold 650 lift double spring kit
possibly some injectors just to be safe since your in there
port the t/b
Kooks headers with kooks y-pipe and cats with magnaflow exh.
and a tune should be well over 400
very streetable and reliable maybe even smaller on the cam like a 222 on a 114 or something

While this would handily surpass 400rwhp, it won't be stealthy at all. The 224/224 112 cam has 0 overlap at .050" lift and will have some chop to it. Even a 222/222 114 has -6 overlap, and would be noticeable.

Also worth noting, I don't see Longtube headers mentioned in either of the first two posts. The 224/224 cams would not work well with stock manifolds.
