Default Mechanical Oil pres gauge "how to"

Does anyone have a good write up on how to install a mechanical oil pressure gauge? Just want to know what steps are involved. Any input appreciated. Thanks.

That is simple, you simply drill a hole on that little oval plate that bolts to the block just above the oil filter. It looks like an cast aluminum nipple with two bolts holding it to the block. remove that plate, drill a hole down the center of the nipple and open it up. Then drill/tap some threads into it that match your oil pressure sending unit. This is what we do when you put an LSX into an older car.

Where can I find the sending unit to go with a mechanical gauge?
