Default Looking for a cam that will have low end power with heads.

Have had a new cam in for about 6 months, and it makes power, but not much down low were it is funner on the street.

I used to have the TR 224/563/114 in with Directflo Lid, Jethot headers, TCI3500 SSF, ported TB, ORP and Hooker Catback.

Now I have the same mods, but a 242/248 610/615 112 cam, stage 2 LS6 heads, ferrea 2.02/1.60 valves and crane dual valve springs.

Would going back to the 224 cam give me some nice low end back? Any cam suggestions? Keeping the ported heads on. Thanks.

Go with something like the Torqr2 from TSP. The one you have is a little big for that torque converter.

232/236 112LSA, TEA stage 3 heads milled to 57cc. Its all about matching the cam and heads together. This is a great street car.
