Hi, I know very little about this type of thing so I need some advice. I'm going to put new heads and a cam on my 2001 vette (on a budget of course). So far the best combo seems to be Patriot stage II heads and a Cheatr cam so that I can pass smog in CA. I'm not looking for HUGE numbers just more power throughout the range, especially down low.

Someone suggested using these heads with 1.8 roller rockers and an ls6 cam, this setup seems a bit to tame to me though.

If I stick with the patriot heads/cheatr cam can I re-use my 1.7 roller rockers and pushrods?
