Stock LS1/6 MLS head gasket bore?
I have a set of the newer MLS head gaskets - gm part #12498544
I'm doing a twin-turbo setup, but when doing this, getting a slight over-bore (.010 over), therefore using 3.908" pistons. I know the stock bore is 3.898 but are these stock gaskets bore big enough to still use them, or are they useless for me?

I would use a cometic gasket if you are going FI and they come in different bores, I think when you order an LS1 gasket you are going to get an LS2 anyway which will be bigger. A friend of mine did and that is what he got from the Chevy dealer.

ok, so the MLS gasket i have is a 3.910, so technically it will work...
I'll look into using a Cometic gasket, and i know the guys in the FI forum also highly suggest the SCE Titan gaskets... i'm not sure yet what i'm gonna use, i just wanted to see if the ones i have will work...
So now i know they will
