Default cam for good NA and turbo power

I am asking this for a friend. we are wanting a good cam in the mid 220's that will make good power NA but, when the turbo goes on, it will make good power there as well. the turbo will not be anything big, either twin 61's or a single 70. at about 6-8 psi.
maybe a comp grind at 226/226 or 224/224 or a 228/228 on a 114+1 ???

this is going in a stock ls1...
thanks...

I would use the 224/224 if given those choices. Use a good dual spring as well.
