Oil on spark plug??

Oil on spark plug?? Will car was making some noise nothing big but something to look in too. As I was looking around i saw some oil on the plug wire i took it off and clean it and went ahead a pulled the plug it came out with some oil on it. I know thats not right so what could that be showing a sign of?? Thanks

You should check all your plugs, maybe its bad valve seals in your heads and you may only need your heads refreshed.
