ETP 215 Cylinder Heads & Valve springs??

ETP 215 Cylinder Heads & Valve springs?? Hey guys just need some info on the ETP 215 cylinder heads??? What are the Valve Springs rated that come with the ETP 215 cylinder heads. The reason I ask is that I have a camshaft that the specs are valve lift intake .630 exhaust .630 intake My car is not making the power it is suppose too it makes 430Horse /415Torque @6200 RPMS. The camshaft I have is suppose to go up too 7000RPMS and make the most power but it starts to drop very very badly after 6200 RPMS. Is it possible that the valves are floating??? Any ideas on what could be going on????
