So I've asked this question before on here. My 2000 silverado 5.3 with a 222/224 cam, the problem the oil pressure not being where I want it. When you first start the truck it will hold about 40psi, when it gets warm at idle it will only hold like 20 psi, it will hold 20 till you get about 50mph then will hold about 38 psi.. It was doing this before the cam swap to but gas got worse. What could cause this,? Weak oil pump? Bad oil sending unit?..

15-25psi idle -low but ok
25-35psi idle- normal
40-50psi idle- above normal and good

45-50psi WOT - low but ok
50-65psi WOT - normal
65-80psi WOT above normal and good
