I'm doing a cam install into my daily driver and just would like to get opinions on the longest lasting dual valve springs. Thanks

As to the original poster, spring life depends on a number of variables. One spring isnt neccesarily(sp) going to last longer than the other.

All of the listed springs in your poll are made by the same company. All of the 'gold' springs are the same. The only difference is the finish treatment on some of them and their seat and retainer package. Pick whatever company you are comfortable dealing with and enjoy...

Pretty Much 100% correct. The best luck I have had is with PAC Springs (Chris Osborn). I have had customers that were changing E* and S* brand springs @ 10 runs because they were junk...now change their PAC's at 300 runs...because they feel guilty, not because the springs are bad... In fact, I have a local guy that gives me 25% on the used pacs...and has never had one fail YET!
Hard to believe, but only a few make springs...for hardcore stuff, PAC is the leader. You watch them on TV every weekend...but never know it.

You put an aggressive enough lobe like a comp CR lobe and it will wipe out a spring in 300-400 miles. And I'm talking 600 seat 1200open pressure triple springs.

I am going with the PRC springs because they come on the heads haha. That being said, I had no issues with my 921 Comp springs, and I ran a 236/242 .601/.610 for over a year to 7,000rpm. Then I ran a TRex for about 2 months before I spun a rod bearing....nice. haha

agree with some comments posted here. my opinion is, you cant say how long valve springs will last. variables are cam profile aggresiveness, how often do you wot, driving habits, miles put on them in between track use and number of times of track use.... these are some things to think about, just test them at recommended miles and you cant go wrong.. good luck.

I use the crane duals in mine. Granted it is a small cam to todays standards, but the springs are still in the car pushing 20,000 miles. The car drives as strong as day one of the cam install... somedays stronger, and I beat the snot out of this car!
I am putting in a new cam (profile near the G5x3's) next weekend, and bought the crane duals again so I may reuse my ti retainers. I hope to see the same quality and longevity I recieved from the first set.

These springs are very proven.
