Depending on the cam the majority preference is to send out your stock rockers to Harland Sharpe (sp?) or Nasty Nate to have the trunions modified to prevent losing your needle bearings (which is a bad thing lol). It's not a very common occurence but it does happen and its some nice insurance for about 250$ (i think, could be wrong).

As far as aftermarket, with a larger cam or extreme setup their are plenty of aftermarket rocker arms (shaft mounted, etc.) but most require valve cover spacers and I think slight head modifications (not positive on all heads).

So depends on your planned setup and cam choice, or you could just say F' it and not worry. Also many aftermarket rocker arms will add a lot of mass to your valvetrain and stress on your lifters...

Can I post the link to Nasty Nate here... ill risk it..
