I don't think they are worth it. Many very high HP cars are running stock rockers. Alot of the cheap aftermarket rockers are too heavy over the valve tip and cause valve float

yeah the harlan sharp rebuilt ones are very good. You won't pick up power they just make them so they can't spill the rollers out

Cranes will get you something but not sure what you are trying to achieve. Roller rockers based on my experience have a better wipe pattern than stock as well.

I don't know really much at all about rockers myself, and I too was wondering if the Harland Sharp rockers are even worth getting when I purchase better pushrods. I've heard the aftermarket roller tip rockers have a problem with being heavy. When I got my cam from LG, that's what they told me. But like others , I too was hoping to find a good trust worthy set that will net me at least a couple hp because heads are out of the question for now.

harland sharp modifies the rollers in the stock rockers so they don't fail. I tried the harland sharp pedistal mount rockers and my car floated the valves at 5000rpm cause they are so heavy

If you are running TFS heads, you'll need to run the Harland Sharp or Jesel rockers (or Yella Terra lightweights).

Otherwise, the Harland Sharp rebuilds or Crane Golds will work well for you.

I have the Harland rockers. Seem to work well; but did'nt notice a SOTP increase. Also, I have had no valve float and shift mine at 6400 and have taken to 6800 with no problems.

I just want to make sure of absolutley no vavle floating because I cross the line at 7k and with 4.56gears, the car tachs up real fast. I don't think the x4 cam is too forgiving with valve clearance. Maybe I'll just stick with the stockers for now and wait and see if how the new Scorpion rockers are doing.
