Default Low numbers on cammed LS1...

I might be buying a M6 98 camaro z28(55k miles), from this site's classifieds, its got LT's, ory, loudmouth, lid, ls6 intake, 4.10, and a 233/239 .595/.603 113 LSA cam. It makes only 364 rwhp and 344 rwtq. Is this a sign of a serious problem? What could cause this?

I had pretty much the same mods except the cam was a 230/232 .595/.585 112+2 LSA and I made 385rwhp on a nitrous tune so it had delayed timing. It might have a problem or it might just be in the tune.

Or it may just be an accurate dyno or a bad converter. Remember: lots of shops and lots of numbers on here have WAY inflated numbers.

Sounds like it may be just a more accurate or low reading dyno by what you guys say. I am still kinda concerned though. I do have the Vette Doctors nearby who I am sure could pull out some higher #'s from this car if I was to have it tuned by them. Atleast I hope so.

Well it is a '98....they have the worst heads. Those numbers aren't that bad.

Drive up to East Side in CT if you buy it, they are MUCH better then Vette Doctors.
