Default What should i do next? Cam or finish suspension?

im in a jam, i wanted to finish my suspension setup but some of my parts are on back order, so i'll have to wait till the end of june till i can start. Meanwhile i've been wanting to dive in my LS1 with a cam install, i've got the cam picked out (Tr224/224 114LSA). so do you guys think i should wait and finish suspension or dive into my LS1. Is power more important than traction?

power is good but the more power the better susp. you have to have to keep the tires planted to the ground, I would just do the cam and when the susp. parts come available finish that up. Traction is the key, or for me it is, because you can make all the power you want and if you can't put it to the ground you aren't going anywhere. Hope this helps
