Default Milled heads procharger friendly?

I have a nice set of Absolute Speed stage 2 heads with 2.04 1.57 valves that flow 309 at .600 and are milled .020. I was wondering what that would raise the compression to on a 2002 LS1 and if it would be safe with a procharger with 7psi. Everybody's thoughts would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Sounds like your going in the opposite direction. Usually want less compression and more boost
