Default Do I need different pistons with my heads??

Planning on ordering a Lunati 382 stroker kit and using whatever pistons they include in the kit.

My current heads are a set of S2 LS6 with 1.55/2.00 Ferrea valves, milled down .050
I'm planning on running the R1 cam (232/236 .575 114). Can anyone forsee any problems?

TIA

I suppose it depends on which Lunati 4" stroker kit. 2 of the 3 have dishes in them, and consequently will have far less p/v issues than the high compression kit.
