Are you taking the heads off for some reason? If not then no... unless they are leaking

What cam are you going with? We need more info to respond really. The cam will tell us what pushrods, springs, etc. you might need. Consider water pump gaskets, front seal, etc.

Mileage?

Again depending upon the size of the cam you really should consider a stall and taller gears.

yeah i would go with a stall b4 the cam other wise your not going to get everything out of the cam. +2 on cam info. pushrods and springs depend on how big of a cam. with gears you could go with 3.73 and that will be fine and wont kill you driving

Yeah but thats not the problem. With a cam your powerband is moved and your want to stay in it (thats where gears come in) and you want to be able to bring your RPMs up to the powerband when flooring it (stall). 3.23 is a short gear and if you put that cam in without at least a stall you're gonna lose a lot of drivability.

By the way, you might look into some Comp 918's w/ titanium retainers as your lift isn't going over .600" and you really should match your cam with your springs/stall/gears, etc. Comp 918's are an excellent spring for up to .600" and will keep your valvetrain a bit lighter than Patriot Gold Duals. Even though the Patriot Duals are an awesome deal, they are designed more for higher lift cams.
