oil holes on oil pan
The two oil ports on the back of a GTO pan that are threaded, what purpose do these serve?
I looked at it and seemed to be just an easy way to install an oil cooler, so I plugged it, but I'm also wondering if this is why I have no oil pressure.
I ASSUMED they could be blocked off, and you know what they say about that.
My excuse for that instead of putting it back to stock is i got it back with from the machine shop along with my motor, and besides spending hours cleaning out metal shavings, having to retap EVERY hole on the transmission bolt holes, and the motor coming back without several washers/bolts/peices , some of which being the little covers for the oil pan holes on the side.
