Default Ticking after rebuilding engine

I have just finished the rebuild on the Formula. I now have a slight ticking noise that increases in speed as the rpms rise. I know that I torqued the rockers to the proper spec. The only thing that I didnt do is soak the lifters in oil before installing. The only thing I can think is that one of the lifters is collapsed or just hasnt filled up yet. Setup listed below.

Also my oil pressure is a little low with this new oil pump. When cool it runs 30-40psi at idle to 2000 rpms. Fully warmed up around 210 degrees it runs 10psi at idle and raises 10psi for every 1000 rpms. (ie 3000rpms = 30psi). Is this normal with this oil pump??

TR224 cam, Comp 918s, TR 7.4" Chomoly pushrods, LS6 Ported oil pump, JWIS Timing chain, stock lifters, rockers and retainers. Speed Pro rings, Federal Mogul main and Clevite rod bearings, ARP rod bolts, stock rods, crank and pistons.

Any help would be appreciated.

Your at idle oil pressure is a little low for a 210 oil temp. You may have pinched the o-ring for the oil pick up tube. I'm sure your timing was right when you installed the timing chain, etc?

When installing the oil pump and pickup tube the whole motor was out of the car. We slid the ring down the tube to where the diameter of the tube became thicker before the flange then bolted it together. We paid careful attention to the ring to make sure it didnt get pinched. I guess I gotta tear the cover off again and check it out. Any other suggestions?

Oh yeah I used the stock cam/crank sprockets so we just lined them up dot to dot with the JWIS timing chain.
