Default power loss on holley, why?

I got the holley thinking it would give me more hp or torque. It seems that i have lost tq. I was doing better in the 1/4 with out the holley. Should I bye the SLP LS6 intake. Any info would be great, thanks.

Did you cool the intake between runs? That intake may heat soak quite a bit and suck the power away. Unless you are gonna run with a big stroker, the LS6 should suffice.

Seems like I remember the Holley only being better for a large cube motor or a high revving motor(7000+). If I were you, I would stick with the LS6 intake.
