Default Poll: Which .040 Head Gasket to use?
I have a new set of Dart 205cc heads and will be installing .040 head gaskets (thanks to another Poll). Which ones should I go with? Cometics is the name I hear the most. What part number should I use with Dart 205cc heads?

Dart recommends a 4.100" gasket bore, so that limits your selection. From the information I have, here are your choices:

Cometic
Flatout Gaskets Saberseal MLS 923444125
Fel Pro 1041 (This is not a MLS gasket, but rather a composition wire ring)

My vote's for the Cometics. I have been running them with my heads/cam setup for about 10k without issues.

.040" Cometics here. Spray painted on a cam-only setup... no issues.

I noticed that the Cometic comes in 4.060 and 4.160. Should I go with the .160?
