Default Stock crank on 383?

Can you offset the stock crank to 3.75" for a 383 iron block? I dont have the 4k+ to spend on a 383 and am trying to make it as cheap as possible.

mine was done by ARE
4.06 bore iron block and crank offset ground to 3.70. Do the math but i believe it comes to just over 383 ci
