Post N/A or FI 427

Okay here I am trying to decide on which way to go on my project. I am in the process of building a 427. These are all of the parts so far, worlds block, callies crank, oliver rods, ati dampner. So now I was wondering on which pistons to buy. Should I go with a n/a motor with 11:1 or with a low compression motor and do a d1sc. I want to use this car and not be afraid of driving a distance. I hope that your input will help me decide.. The car is a 2000 SS with a m6, full spohn suspension, brembo gt brake kit, hre 540r, strange 12 bolt, koni da's, full interior with amenities. So as you can probably tell it is not a daily driver. But I like to run it against high end exotics eg. 996tt's and so forth. I will try to post some pics soon!!

i guess it depends on how much power you really want. you will be able to get between 550-600 rw fairly easy with that motor, but a d1 or even better an f1 could put you way past that.if i had the funds i'd drop my scr to around 9:5 and put on an f1 and only pulley it for around 750 rw or so.should be pretty dependable at that power level.

Ati sells a f1 upgrade for the f body? The guy I work for says that a super charger is hard on the motor. But 750 seems well worth the chance I might be taking..
