Default 383 Stroker Cost?

I have been reading great about cars with 383's in them. Awesome power and drivability.

I would like to know the cost of having one of these beasts, minus the labor to put one in.

Any input on the subject will be greatly appreciated.

Well, the Lunati 382 stroker kit could be found for $3600 to $4000. Then, if do not have any mods in your car, you will need:

Lunati 382 stroker ($3600-$4000)
Stage 2 heads (about $1900)
Cam (nothing smaller than 230/227, about $399)
LS6 intake (depending on the year of your car)
LT headers (about $700)
Good flowing exhaust (about $400)
Air induction ($100)
And all free mods.

Get a hold of Dave from Ramchargers. I bought my Lunati kit for way less than $3600.00 shipped to my door.
