TEA 5.3L heads milled 63cc and cam is 228/232 114lsa 575/594

It depends on how much you milled the heads and how much smaller the base circle or your cam is based on stock. You are going in the right direction on both sides. You definetly have a smaller base circle on your cam which would call for longer pushrods but you have also milled the heads so that would mean shorter pushrods. My gut call if you may be ok with stock length.

A pushrod checker will tell you for sure but I think you could find out how much smaller your base circle is then that will tell you.
