Default "Troubleshooting", Chirping noise-Darton 434...

I've started getting a loud chirping noise lately. Thought it was the valves, did the valve job, still got it. Cleaned and put new gaskets on LSX intake, still got. It get's alittle quieter after warm-up but is loud under throttle. It also seems to be effecting my idle, as it comes back down slower. It does not sound like the belt, could it be an exhaust leak? It is a loud chirping that sounds the same on either side of the engine, front or rear of the valve covers. It sounds exactly like a bad belt, though that doesn't seem to be it? Any help?
