Default Advancing a cam....

Guys,

See the pics I attached...stated simply I have put a new cam into the very same spot as the old....(note: I don't have a degree wheel, yet) so just want to check my thoughts with the whole advancing concept...

..The #1 Piston (Heads off) is at TDC, the cam sprocket is at 6 O'Clock....the crank sprkt shows +4 degrees(not sure why but again I don't have a degree wheel....my machine shop told me it was installed on a +2 ) ...so my question is what should I adjust to get my cam at +4 degrees based on the pics provided?...
