Re: TDC method for valvespring change
you need to have the piston at TDC for each pair you do or the valves will fall down into the cylinder. basically just watch the intake valve go as high up as it can and then do that set of springs. or use a screw driver in the spark plug hole and turn over the motor till it slides out.

Re: TDC method for valvespring change
well if i remember correctly that's for if you have an automatic and you don't want the motor to turn over when your taking off the crank pulley. there's alot of work involved with it. i did it a different way if i remember correctly, but i don't really remember. i think i put my pulley puller on there and then stuck a pry bar in between there and just pulled and pulled and it finally came off. if you need any help though man i'm here. or any tools. i know you'll need a 24mm socket. i'm 18 btw and i don't do anything so i'm always here. ttyl ew btw what cam are you puttin in?

Yeah, please post your ASA results!!! Shoot, I wish people in South Florida were as nice as they are in SC. Now that's a way to help each other out.
