Will patriot performance stage ii heads work with my cam?

Will patriot performance stage ii heads work with my cam? These are the ones with the 2.02/1.57 valves. I'm about to buy them from a forum member but have read so many different things I have no clue if I"m going to have to flycut the pistons or not. It's a 2004 GTO and my cam is pretty big 238/242 .605/.609 112LSA. I'm pretty sure there clearence is going to be very close I just want to know beore I buy these and end up opening a can of worms because my cam is too big.
Anybody help?
