Default I dunno what its called but its broke!

Me and a buddy are swappin out heads on my car and he was unbolting the passenger side and thought he could unbolt the center head bolts without takin off the rockers and the bar they sit on. well he bumped up against that bar they sit on and it broke in half. Anyone know the name for it so i can get a new one and does anyone have one?

You could probably fine one cheaper at http://www.sdparts.com/ than at a stealership.
