I too was curious about those springs and my cam but it is only .581/.588, not sure what I will do yet if nobody drops in but I don't think I would run that cam with those springs myself. I really think tha is pushing it, I have heard a few bad things about these springs??????

yes you can run those with up to .600 lift, as long as you are not to short on your install height.

ive seen guys run 918s with cams slightly over .600 lift, but personally i wouldnt do it. the price of dual springs is not that much more...and u have that added security. believe me, you dont want a spring to break

Why not get the PAC 1518's, better lift, better spring.

918's are good to .600 lift. I would not push it. Go with a good dual spring good to .650 lift. Why take a chance for an extra $50 for springs.

PAC-1518 will take .600 lift installed at 1.750" if you want a little more seat pressure. Or .650" lift at the normal 1.800" IH.

I have a set of 1518s I'm going to use with a cam that produces .612/.606 lift, what installed height do you recommend?

You could get away with 1.750-1.760.

Coil bind is ~1.080 so there's some room to play around with.

Thanks for the info! I was hoping I could install them at 1.75 for the added pressure.

Can the 918's be ran with the Torquer v2 or should the dual springs be used?

Springs, like rods have an added cushion built into them. If you already have some 918s that aren't worn out I'd use them.

I ran 918's with a TR236 (.595 intake .591 exhaust) for about 7500 miles before I sold the car. No issues.
