How well with a Comp XE-R 244/248 112 +2 work in a 346. The car has AS Stage 2 241 heads, CR will be around 11.1:1, 4:30 gears, M6.

Yea So....... You cam is half the size of the cam he's talking about, whats your point?

With those gears in an A4 you should be ok, obviously its a top end cam and you shouldnt be looking for any power until you hit 4000 rpms.

that's about the sizeI have in my 402.. in a 346 that's gonna be a peaky cam with not so great low end I'm sure. I've seen people put bigger cams in 346 motors, but they are generally more race only stuff that spins to the moon.

As a daily driver I wouldn't do it, track only car give it a shot, as long as it's light enough and has enough gear it may run great.

I would definitely try to get the compression higher and maybe go +4 instead of +2, but I'm no cam expert.

It wouldn't be for a daily driver and as stated, M6 car with 4:30 gears. We will probably go a different route, if the consenses is that this is too big for a 346. We already have the cam and the main goal is ET.
