Question what kind of difference can I expect out of these two cams?

Im looking at two cams but, would like to know what to expect from the bigger duration and LSA on one. What kind of power band difference would I see?? What dose the duration effect and what does the LSA effect??

Default

The 224 cam will be mild and very easy to tune as a daily driver and to pass emissions. The 228 cam will make more power. The 228 is well within most people's definition of a daily driver cam.

Take a look at the cam sticky at the top of the forum to get some more background.
