Default bent pushrod questions

thought it was gonna be a bad lifter or bent valve, ended up one of my pr's was in an s shape

is there any widespread cause of this, or was it just set on the lifter wrong?

thanks for any advance help

usually bent p-rods are caused by over revs. unless your rocker are came loose it should have been seated in the middle of the lifter.

Have you missed any gears lately? Bounced off the rev limiter? Those are the major culprits.
