Which heads: PRC Ls6 or PRC 5.3 stg2

Which heads: PRC Ls6 or PRC 5.3 stg2 I have a TR230/224 cam. I just love the way the cam performs on the street, but I need a little more power. I am thinking about going with PRC heads since they are making good power with everyone. I don't know which to go with though, ls6 or the 5.3? I do not care about peak numbers, low end torque is what I want! I am thinking that the 5.3's are the way to go.
Anyone have experience with both heads on the same set up?
